Complete program details

  1. The $1000 STONE Cashback Program begins on April 27, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, inclusive.
  2. VALLÉE Forestry Equipment undertakes to provide digital and printed advertising material, which will enable the deployment of a promotional campaign on social networks and in the retailer’s branch.
  3. This Program applies exclusively to new STONE series mobile sawmill units currently in stock and sold at a participating authorized VALLÉE retailer.
  4. Only authorized VALLÉE retailers can participate in the $1000 STONE Cashback Program. The manufacturer’s rebate will only be honored if the purchase is made at a participating authorized VALLÉE retailer.
  5. Only an authorized participating VALLÉE retailer can advertise or offer this promotion.
  6. This promotion does not apply to a unit sold before or after the promotion period mentioned above.
  7. The manufacturer’s discount does not apply to demonstration units, used units returned on an exchange basis, units used by the retailer for the rental market, and units sold on the used market.
  8. The manufacturer’s discount is applied to the regular price or the price displayed by the retailer after any applicable fees such as those covering Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI), and any applicable sales tax such as the QST and GST or harmonized GST.
  9. The retailer cannot display a pre-tax selling price that would include the application of a discount representing the manufacturer’s rebate offered by this Program.
  10. Adding optional accessories or equipment to the eligible unit at the time of sale does not affect in any way the amount of the manufacturer’s rebate. The face value of the rebate is and remains one thousand Canadian dollars (CAD 1000).
  11. The whole manufacturer’s rebate is for the exclusive benefit of the purchaser who qualifies for the program.
  12. VALLÉE Forestry Equipment disclaims all responsibility or obligation to the retailer if the latter decides to combine the $1000 STONE Cashback Program with an in-house promotion of any kind or nature.
  13. The application by the retailer, in the context of a retail sale of an eligible STONE unit, of a discount or rebate on the selling price of a unit or the giving of a promotional gift or any other form of bonus, discount, benefit or gift is done exclusively at the retailer’s expense and remains his sole responsibility.
  14. To receive the manufacturer’s rebate, the consumer must purchase a new STONE sawmill from a participating authorized VALLÉE retailer and provide the sales invoice issued by the retailer.
  15. The invoice must include the merchant’s contact information, the serial number of the unit sold, and the payment method used. The invoice must also include the buyer’s name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  16. Blank rebate request forms will be provided in advance via email by VALLÉE Forestry Equipment to retailers participating in the $1000 STONE Cashback Program.
  17. The said form must be accompanied by the official sales invoice or a duplicate provided by the VALLÉE retailer as well as proof of payment.
  18. The consumer must submit his request in accordance with the instructions and within the prescribed time limits.
  19. Failure to provide the supporting documents within the prescribed 45-day period voids the buyer’s right to receive the manufacturer’s rebate.
  20. VALLÉE Forestry Equipment undertakes to process the consumer’s request and issue the payment of the rebate of one thousand Canadian dollars (1000 CAD) by bank transfer within 15 working days after the date of receipt of the email containing all the duly completed supporting documents.
  21. VALLÉE Forestry Equipment undertakes to process any request sent by post or express carrier within 15 working days after the date of receipt.
  22. This promotion is subject to the legal framework in force governing the practice of commerce in Canada and its provinces and territories.
